What are the benefits of Guaranteed Rent for landlords?
The benefits of a rent guarantee scheme for landlords includes no void periods, no rent arrears, no commission, no set-up fees, no renewal fees or any other “hidden extras”. No need to deal with the tenants at all. We can be flexible with payment dates, contract lengths, and start dates.
If I let my property unfurnished, will I still have to supply the white goods?
Where the property is required unfurnished, landlords will still be required to supply the following items;

What is guaranteed rent?
Supreme Residence effectively become your tenant, guaranteeing you a fixed rental income. You will continue to receive the agreed rent regardless of whether the property is tenanted or empty.
Who is the tenant?
Supreme Residence is your tenant. We act as the ultimate guarantor for the landlord and to our occupant. We Fill Rooms will manage the property, treating it as our own.
Who organises and repairs maintenance work?
Supreme Residece will take full responsibility liaising with the tenant and coordinating any necessary works approved by the landlord.
Do you charge a monthly commission fee?
No we don't. The rent agreed will be the rent that you receive from Supreme Residence every month. We do not charge commission or a management fee.
